- I reserve the right to refuse a commission that I am not willing or comfortable to complete, including cancelling a commission midway through if an interaction with the client leaves me uncomfortable.
- Unless explicitly requested otherwise, I will assume I am able to share links to the finished commissions on my social media and carrd. If you do not wish to be in my portfolio, please explicitly request so.
Content Restriction
- I can mix songs in any language, but might ask for certain clarifications if the song is done in any language that isn't English.
- I can mix original songs, but I'll likely add a complexity fee since there is no reference material available.
- I refuse to create content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Revisions
- Revisions requests are acceptable during the process of mixing, and I will send continuous updates on my progress.
- Any extreme revisions are subject to fees depending on the change required.
- Additional fees for excessive revisions may be added to the final price if a lot had to be made.
- Revisions can affect progress and timeline, especially if the deadline was short.
Intellectual Property Rights
- You have the right to upload the final product to your YouTube channel and other social media platforms.
- Do not claim my work as your own, please put credit wherever able (video descriptions, the video itself, download page etc.)
- You are NOT permitted to use my work for/within:
- AI (artificial intelligence) artwork generation tools.
- Machine learning tools.
- NFT, blockchain, or any similar purposes/platforms.
Deadlines and Delivery
- I reserve the right to add up to a 100% rush fee depending on the complexity of the project and the deadline. Please explicitly state in your commission what your deadline is.
- Deadlines must be requested up front, deadlines cannot be imposed later in the process.
- If a deadline is requested and I am unable to complete the project during it, I will inform you as soon as possible so an alternative decision can be made.
- Final products will be delivered via email or Discord with a Google Drive link to all relevant pieces.
- I will hold the files in Google Drive for a minimum of 2 months. Files may no longer be available after this time, so ensure you have downloaded and backed up your files. If your file is no longer downloadable and you still need access to it, please reach out.
Use
- I reserve the right to retract use of commissioned work under the instance of gross misconduct or hate speech, at which point I will require usage of it to stop.
- Unless specified otherwise, mixes commissioned from me include the right for usage on platforms such as, but not limited to, Twitch, YouTube, Discord, Twitter/X, and Instagram.
- If the song will be published on streaming services outside of YouTube, or will be sold on places like Bandcamp, iTunes, or your own personal store, an extra commercial fee will be added. The commercial fee depends on the method of distribution, and can either be in the form of an up front fee of up to 100%, or in the form of royalties from streaming service/purchase revenue. Please contact me if you plan to do so, so I can discuss all details with you.
Pricing
- My only accepted form of payment currently is PayPal. This is non-negotiable.
- Payment can be done in 2 ways: either entirely up front, or half up front and half right before the final delivery. I reserve the right to choose which of these payment method applies to each commission. When paying entirely up front, additional payment may be requested upon delivery depending on revisions, commercial fees etc.
- Lengthy or complex mixes may result in a complexity fee. For more accurate details, please refer to my prices.
Refunds
- Refunds can be requested at any point throughout the project. However, depending on how far into the project I am, a refund may not be the full amount. The earlier a refund is requested, the more of the total amount can be refunded.
- Rush fees can be (partially) refunded only if a deadline was not reached, provided that the reason for not meeting the deadline was an oversight or a mistake on my part.
- If a deadline can't be met due to circumstances outside of my control, due to revision requests, or due to lack of communication from the client, rush fees will not be refunded.
Acceptance
- Client is required to be 18+ and legally able to commit to an agreement.
- Any interested clients below the age of 18 are required to have a legal guardian involved in the process of the agreement.
- If the client is an agency or other larger business, some of these terms may be negotiable. Please reach out for more details.

- I reserve the right to deny a commission if I think the requested song is outside of my realm of capabilities.
- I refuse to create or mix content that is explicit, offensive, or inappropriate.
Revisions
- Revisions requests are acceptable during the process of me creating the instrumental, and I will send continuous updates on my progress.
- Any extreme revisions are subject to fees depending on the change required.
- Additional fees for excessive revisions may be added to the final price if a lot had to be made.
- Revisions can affect progress and timeline, especially if the deadline was short. When requesting a revision, any deadline previously set may become void and a new one will be negotiated.
Intellectual Property Rights
- You have the right to use the instrumental to make a cover and upload that cover your YouTube channel and other social media platforms, and provide your cover as a free download for your audience through your preferred download method (provided you have permission from the original artist or have the right to provide the type of download you wish to provide).
- Do not claim my work as your own, please put credit wherever able (video, descriptions, store page, file metadata etc.)
- You are NOT permitted to use my work for/within:
- AI (artificial intelligence) artwork generation tools.
- Machine learning tools.
- NFT, blockchain, or any similar purposes/platforms.

General Pricing Info
Pricing will be communicated ahead of time, but may increase if other requests are given throughout the completion of work. I cannot give an accurate pricing until I have received the files that need to be mixed. Prices are negotiable with me after providing me with more details of your project. I reserve the right to have the final say on the price. Please refer to my Terms of Service for details on payment.
Song mix & tune/time prices
Mix pricing is based on complexity and length of the song. A basic mix is around 3 minutes of vocals, a single vocalist/vocal line, basic tune/timing and general vocal effects (EQ/compression/reverb etc.)
If this mix is for an original song, these prices may vary. Please contact me if this is the case.

Piano instrumental prices
Piano instrumental pricing is based on complexity and length of the song. A basic instrumental will include a full live solo piano arrangement to the client's request of a roughly 3 minute song.

Voice pack prices
Voice pack pricing is based on complexity and length of the pack. A basic voice pack is around 3 minutes and can include a few small SFX and/or vocal effects.

Harmony guide prices
A harmony guide is a collection of piano audio files that helps you with singing harmonies yourself, if you struggle figuring them out yourself.
The base price covers a guide for both the top melody and one harmony line. Extra harmony lines will add an extra fee.
